Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, the wrong product is sent, the product is in dead condition or defective upon arrival, The buyer will have 72 hours to contact us so that we can help resolve the issue with a replacement. An uncut unboxing video is compulsory to claim for the same.


2. In rare cases, Returns can be allowed with a 5% Charge + with twice the shipping charge if the order is cancelled after shipping. Note: Product must be sealed.


3. No returns/refunds/replacements are allowed if you don't like the product or if the seal of the product is opened.


4. In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our location.


5. In case the product isn't available at the time of replacement, then full refund will be initiated.


6. All the accessories which were delivered along with the product should be returned in the same way and along with the product (including the invoice)


7. In case there are any claims of the product being faulty on delivery, we will pick up the product and replace it after we test the product. In case the product is found to be not faulty, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges of the product to our origin and to the customer ( twice the shipping )



1. Cancellations of orders is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. In special cases, it could be up to 48 hours. Apart from this, if there is a delay of dispatch from our end due to any reason beyond 7 days the customer has full rights to cancel the order and get a full refund. 


2. Any kind of products on Sale, Special offers, Occasion Sales such as Diwali, New Year, etc will not be eligible for cancellation.


3. In case there is an issue with the warranty of the product, it should be taken up with the manufacturer.


4. Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


5. Payments made via Payment Gateway will take upto 1 week to refund. In some cases, the procedure may take longer if there are issues. Any kind of charges are to be borne by the customer.


6. In case an order is cancelled by the customer as per our cancellation policy, the Gateway Charges which are 2% will be borne by the customer ( unless it is our fault ).


7. If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done. In case of Bank Transfers and COD orders, refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.


8. A 5% charge will be applicable if you have purchased any product via Snapmint or Bajaj.
